12:00 noon on 31 July 2024 (Wednesday) In case a black rainstorm warning or a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or an announcement on “extreme conditions” caused by super typhoon is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory being in force at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the specified closing time of the Invitation will be extended to 12:00 noon on the next working day on which no black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above or announcement on “extreme conditions” caused by super typhoon is in force. All time references are Hong Kong time. |

Interested companies and industry bodies please submit the EOI by completing the Reply Form in Appendix D of the EOI document. The completed Reply Form shall be returned to OGCIO by email to datacentre@ogcio.gov.hk by 12:00 noon on 31 July 2024 (Wednesday). |

Briefing Session: |
A briefing session will be held with details as follows: For those companies and industry bodies which are interested in attending the briefing session, please complete the enrolment form in (Appendix E of the EOI document) and return it to OGCIO by email (datacentre@ogcio.gov.hk) before 5:00 p.m., 24 June 2024 (Monday). Notification on the arrangement for the briefing session will be sent to participants through email. |
